MG Johnny Ridden's Customized High Mobility Type Zaku II Ver. 2.0 Part 5

The start of another set of red and gold combo

Shifting my attention back to MG Johnny Ridden's Customized High Mobility Type Zaku II Ver. 2.0 after more than two week. ^^

Working my way up to the body unit this time, starting with the waist.

Just panel lining for the the different parts and armors. The design is completely the same as the other two MG Zaku IIs Ver. 2.0 in my collection.

Parts for the giant backpack.

Deriving from the completed model shown in the manual, a lot of details on various components of the backpack allow for a wide range of configuration for the colors to be painted on them. ^^
I'm going for a color scheme that will match the red and gold combo done for the thrusters.

The many parts targeted for the paint work.

Painted the thrusters' arms in gold and silver using Gundam Marker Gold and Plated Silver respectively.
Somewhat consistent with the work on the thrusters' joints did for MG Shin Musha Gundam actually. ^^

Hand painted the interior of the supporting thrusters and inner wall of the large vents using Mr. Color No. 158 Super Italian Red Gloss.

Painted the 4 pipes on the mecha component inside the backpack using Gundam Marker Gold and Plated Silver.

After panel lining.

Just one portion of the work done actually. ^^ More to come in the next posting. ^^

I really like the way you add the colours gold and silver to your pipings. Really makes them stand out XD
