人在登嘉楼

Spent most of time yesterday sitting on the tour bus traveling from Pahang through Kelantan before arriving here in Kuala Terengganu, the state capital of Terengganu. ^^

I'm pretty sure the path plotted by Google Map wasn't the exact one we took to reach here, as we took a couple of supposed shortcuts through a couple of more rural areas in Kelantan and Terengganu, and oil palm plantations in the the former. Still, for the trip which started since around 10.30AM, we didn't reach the hotel until around 9.30PM. ^^

人在金马仑高原

As part of my work, I'm currently with some of my colleagues in Cameron Highlands, Pahang, West Malaysia. ^^

Interestingly, the journey from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotel I'm current staying at was actually slightly shorter than half of the trip from Kuching to Batang Ai I made a couple of weeks ago, according to Google Map of course. ^^ While the indicated travel time is just 3 hours 17 minutes, we definitely took much longer time than that - about five hours to be exact, which again, was pretty similar to the Batang Ai trip mentioned before. ^^

Nendoroid Cattleya Part 2

The kid is an accessory too

BB Senshi Sangokuden Kochu Gundam Part 10 [Final]

Bonus dragon

While the two official weapon configurations for BB Senshi Sangokuden Kochu Gundam have been introduced in the previous posting, there are still some fun features you can get out of the kit. ^^

Depending on your preference for a fully armed, official-looking Kochu Gundam, or a more lightweight version, the bonus features might turn out to be more interesting that its two weapon configurations. ^^

I want this ^^

From the 34th Miyazawa Model Exhibition (held today in Asakusa, Tokyo) came a collectible that I immediately append to my to-get list: Nendoroid Elsa from "Frozen". ^o^

Crowding the model with even more colors, and even more details

More images of the just completed BB Senshi Sangokuden Kochu Gundam in its fully armored, and fully armed mode. ^^

With his bow, Eishinkyuu (鋭真弓) also being held using his left hand, the left side of the model is really overladen with all the various weapons. ^^

BB Senshi Sangokuden Kochu Gundam Part 6

More colors, more details

Rolling out a Gunpla after the review on Sci-fi Revoltech Iron Man Mark VI in the previous posting. ^^ This is Kochu Gundam from the BB Senshi Sangokuden series.

Having completed the painting, and detailing of this kit just six months ago (^^;), the gap between the pre-assembly work's completion, and the actual build for Kochu Gundam is not as crazy as that of High Grade 1/144 Tieren Taozi, the previous Gunpla I that did. ^^ For Tieren Taozi, the gap was more than a year. ^^;

Sci-fi Revoltech Iron Man Mark VI Part 4

Effect base improvisation

All action poses from Sci-fi Revoltech Iron Man Mark VI after the previous posting. ^^

Supported using Soul Stage Act 5 Action Support Type for Mechanics Clear Ver.

With a support stand, you can show Mark VI standing on the effect base with just one foot connected to it. The other base peg that is left exposed is a bit awkward-looking, but the gain of a better overall pose, instead of the stiff stance shown in Part 2 is a fair tradeoff I reckon. ^^

Sci-fi Revoltech Iron Man Mark VI Part 1

Number 6 is also Number 1

Another superhero-type collectible to appear on this blog, but unlike Kotobukiya's ARTFX+ 1/10 Catwoman New 52 reviewed in mid October, this one is an action figure. ^^

500+ km round trip, 10 hours on the road, in one day

Yesterday (7 November), as part of my work, I was out of the office with a colleague to conduct an interview with officers from a government agency. While that sounds amazingly simple, the interview venue was in Lubok Antu, more than 250 km away from city center. ^^

Kabaya Brave Legend Brave Gum Part 6

J-Decker (Part 3)

As previewed in the previous posting, this last individual posting for J-Decker from Kabaya's Brave Legend Brave Gum shokugan set will focus on J-Roader's carrier mode transformation. ^^

Deckard has to be removed from the chest area first, and since it's not going to be needed by J-Roader, it's transformed back into its police car mode.
Like Deckard, J-Buster has no place on J-Roader. ^^;
