Spent most of time yesterday sitting on the tour bus traveling from Pahang through Kelantan before arriving here in Kuala Terengganu, the state capital of Terengganu. ^^
I'm pretty sure the path plotted by Google Map wasn't the exact one we took to reach here, as we took a couple of supposed shortcuts through a couple of more rural areas in Kelantan and Terengganu, and oil palm plantations in the the former. Still, for the trip which started since around 10.30AM, we didn't reach the hotel until around 9.30PM. ^^
Tremendous view from the tea house at the Sungai Palas Boh Tea plantation, which we visited before beginning the cross-state bus ride.
As with the entire state of Kelantan, Gua Musang was merely a landmark we passed through to get to our intended destination.
Plenty of beautiful limestone hills around Gua Musang to be seen. ^^
The edge of Kenyir Lake can be seen from afar not too long after we crossed into the Terengganu.
Night scene in Kuala Terengganu as taken behind the bus window on my way back to the hotel after dinner.
Looking forward to the visit to Kenyir Lake, the ultimate destination of my trip to Terengganu in just a couple more hours. ^^
