Monday Home Video: Robo Vampire (1988)

When the movie poster actually looks more interesting than the movie itself

A double-whammy right after the series's introduction in January with "Charlie's Farm" (2014), this month's edition of Monday Home Video comes right after Sunday Movie Theater. ^^

Now we get the "perfect" balance of good and bad movies reviewed one after the other. XD

Movie poster is from IMDB.

"Trailer" of the movie. ^^;
Video clip is from Youtube. Follow this link to the website if you can't see anything.

"Robo Vampire", a 1988 movie directed by Joe Livingstone. Technical movie details can be seen on IMDB. I can't find any website that doesn't include bad review about the movie while talking about its story, and I'm not wiling do the favor and write the synopsis now. Honestly, nobody would really understand what's going on in the movie anyway. XD

There are certainly a lot more that you can see in the movie than what was shown in the "trailer" posted above, but within about 90 seconds of said video clip, elements like a man in fire suit acting like a cyborg, one-of-a-kind sparklers that double as welder to make the cyborg, Chinese jiangshi (vampire) that wears a gorilla mask and shoots firework out of its cuffs are enough to show you how crazy the movie is. ^^

Watch the whole movie, and "incomprehensible" would be another descriptor you would want to use to label the movie. XD
