The peg slot to attach the weapons in vehicle mode can be accessed in robot mode as well. ^^
Using the ports shown above, the pile drivers can become Rumble's waist mounted cannons, ...
... or extra boosters in robot mode. ^^
These two functions for the pile drivers are exactly how the ports were used in vehicle mode. ^^
