Even more action poses from "Transformers: Prime" Robots In Disguise Decepticon Rumble to start off this final posting of the review series. ^^

I mentioned that Rumble resembles a Gunman from "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann" back in Part 1 due to its chest design. Apparently, due to its transformation design, you can realize that "cross-animation-series" connection on this Robots In Disguise figure. ^^


While the head can pop up automatically due to its head revealing gimmick, you can still push it back into the chest and choose not to reveal it. ^^


Now, the chest takes over as the head. XD

Comparison with Transformers United Rodimus Prime and "Transformers: Prime - Beast Hunters" Deluxe Class Bumblebee, since they were featured in the vehicle mode introduction of Rumble. ^^

In robot mode




Overall, Rumble is a tremendously fun figure to play with. ^^ Its somewhat comical proportion is "consistent" between vehicle and robot modes. However, it's also highly posable, and has extended playability thanks to the pile drivers' designated and "informal" gimmicks. ^^ It's just a fun Transformers figure through and through. ^^

If I had to pick one, I think I like Rumble better than the previous reviewed Transformers figure, Transformers: Generations Fall of Cybertron Deluxe Class Starscream, since I like Rumble's alternate mode a lot more than Starscream's. ^^ However, in terms of gimmicks and posability, the two are basically on par. ^^ Plenty of weapon configuration options, plenty of articulation points, and they both have some "undocumented bonus features" that are really fun to play with as well. ^^
