1/100 Gundam Astraea in action. Round One. ^^
Since the kit itself is just 1/100 Gundam Exia with new parts that don't alter any of the latter's articulation design (shown in the kit's assembly in Part 6 and 7), all of its great articulation capabilities are well inherited. ^^ The many weapons included certainly allows Gundam Astraea to be just as versatile in action poses as Gundam Exia. ^^

A "standard" Gundam pose with a "standard" beam rifle. XD

The option left spread palm makes more sense to be used to support the beam rifle as compared to the same part on Gundam Exia for its rifle/sword combo. ^^;

Having two option spread palms is great to show Gundam Astraea reaching for both its beam sabers/daggers at the same time. ^^

Off-the-ground poses with the help of Action Base 1 Celestial Beings Ver. .

Simple assembly to fit Proto GN Sword onto the forearm using the two adapter parts.

Gundam Astraea with Proto GN Sword.
The linkage to Gundam Exia can't be any clear with this weapon mounted. ^^

As the slot to mount the beam rifle is present on either forearm, the weapon can of course be fitted onto the left arm.

The secondary V-Fin must be removed first to allow GN Launcher's mounting arm to clip onto the front and rear slots of the collar.

(Left) The mounting arm's connection is so firm it could hold the launcher without any other support. ^^
(Right) The mounting arm is extended to lower the weapon to allow the hand to reach for the handle.

With its mounting arm completely extended, the launcher can be tilted downward for almost 90 degrees.

Very awesome kneeling pose to show off GN Launcher's awesome size. ^^

Round 2 of action poses from this kit is next. ^^
