1/100 Legend Gundam Part 6

Troublesome little part

The last review of my work on 1/100 Legend Gundam before the final assembly.

Painted the hydraulic pipes on the shoulder armors in gold and silver to be consistent with that on his good buddy, MG Destiny Gundam. ^^

Finish work with panel-lining.

Planning to paint the interior of the beam rifle to make it a little bit more "fierce-looking". ^^

Painted with Gundam Marker Gold and then panel-lined.
Again, a link is established to MG Destiny's beam cannon.

The targeting sensor of the beam rifle would have to be the hardest part to paint. ^^
A very small white part with very narrow interior to reach the actual scope.

Painted the inner wall with black marking ink first, which will help to highlight the sensor later.

Painted metallic green, which is from a normal pen onto the tip of a toothpick, and then painted the scope with it. Quite a tiring and delicate work there ^^;

The result, best seen with camera flash on.

Simple details behind the skirt armor can be considered amazing for a 1/100 scale Gunpla.

Beam sabers and beam rifle handle.

Just panel-lining for parts of the head.

And done for the work on 1/100 Legend Gundam. I'm expecting another layer of painting is required for the beam rifle's body (light gray area) to help to cover up the parting line right in the middle of the whole rifle, but that will only come when I start assembling the model. ^^
