1/100 Gundam Avalanche Exia Part 10

"Setsuna F. Seiei, exterminating the target!" VI

Reusing the catch phrase from the review on HG 1/144 Gundam Exia, which in turn was the continuation of the same "tradition" from 1/100 Gundam Exia. ^^

All action poses of 1/100 Gundam Avalanche Exia in this posting. ^^

Using Action Base 1 to bring out the high mobility feel of Gundam Avalanche Exia, and since it's a Celestial Beings' Gundam, the Celestial Beings Ver. would be most appropriate for the task. ^^

Despite the large shoulders, the left arm faces no restriction at all in bending backward (shoulder slides forward) to reach for the GN Blades. ^^

Bending the arms forward (shoulders slide backward) is to be limited by the weapons' mount racks though. ^^;

The beam saber/dagger mounted on top of the left shoulder armor will get stuck between the GN Blades.

As with the right shoulder armor. ^^;

When the weapons' mount rack is off (the two GN Blades in this case), the restriction is removed as well. ^^

Very cool-looking but expensive (XD) beam dagger throw with assistance from Soul Stage Act 3 Action Support Clear Type.
Apparently, the limitation on the shoulder armors can also be lifted by removing the two beam saber/dagger handles mounted on top of the former. ^^

Despite all the add-ons, the model is still extremely versatile in its action poses, just as the original 1/100 Gundam Exia. ^^ The limitation of the shoulder armors as highlighted is not a serious problem in my opinion, as it can easily be remedied by simply removing the weapons mounted on the backpack, or the beam saber/dagger handles mounted on top of the shoulder armors. ^^

Another round of action poses from this kit coming up next. ^^
