S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form Part 1

Jack of the start

A huge (literally ^^) difference as compared to the the previous posting, the next review will be on a tiny action figure. ^^

This is Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form in S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii format. He's actually the first from that small scale action figure line to be reviewed on my blog. ^^ Garo and Dan introduced not too long ago are from the Garo Kiwami Damashii series, which is technically just an offshoot of the S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii line for characters from "Garo". There shouldn't be any major quality difference between the two.

This Jack Form is the third variation of S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii Kamen Rider Blade. The first Kamen Rider Blade came out in February 2010, followed by King Form in September the same year. I've got the latter because I really love the golden emblems all over its armors, and while I do like the design of the first Kamen Rider Blade, its content always seemed too plain to interest me. ^^; I was trilled when this Jack Form was first announced, as its design is very closely to that of the first Kamen Rider Blade, but it has extra parts and gimmicks, but is priced the same as its predecessor. ^^

As compared Kamen Rider Blade (Ace Form), this upgraded Jack Form gives its six wings, golden chest and face armors, and an slightly extended Blay Rouzer (his sword). Hardcore Kamen Rider fans would probably say that it's not the same Kamen Rider anymore due to the extra design features, but I always regarded the Jack Form as just a winged Kamen Rider Blade. The King Form is the real alternate design of Kamen Rider Blade in my opinion.

A video clip of Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form in action:

Blay Buckle (his henshin device) says, "Fusion Jack" when the Fusion Eagle card is used.
Video clip is from Youtube. Follow this link to the website if you can't see anything.

A look at the package of this action figure:

I like how the eagle emblem on the chest is the main focus on the package's front label. That's the most significant insignia of Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form in my opinion.

Closer look at the figure and accessories through the front window.

Side and bottom views of the package.

Simple introduction of the figure on the back of the package.

Package open.

The package content without the clear case.

A hard paper cutout with the Rouse card pattern as seen in "Kamen Rider Blade" as the package's backdrop. ^^

Like Garo Kiwami Damashii Garo and Dan, an instruction sheet is stored inside the backdrop between the cards.

The instruction sheet shows the package content and how to configure the wings and weapon gimmick.

There are a few strings to be removed when getting Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form off the plastic tray. There's also a smaller separate tray is placed between the figure's wing pieces and his back to keep the former in place when the item is still on the tray.

Straight out of box S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form. ^^

A look at all of the accessories included for this figure:

All of Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form's accessories.

The extended Blay Rouzer.

The line on the part clearly indicates that there are 12 cards in total. ^^

Very nice combination of gold, silver and navy blue paint work on the blade.

The sword's length is 9cm.

The Open Tray (オープントレー) part.

The total number of expanded cards molded on the part is 12, which correspond to the fixed deck shown earlier on accurately.

Very simple part-swapping to change between the two hand guards.

Blay Rouzer with the open tray part.

A comparison of the two hand guards parts.

Just three option hand units for this figure: a pair of open fists to hold the sword and a right spread palm.
I really like how all the individual triangular knuckles have delicate silver paint applied onto them. ^^

The default pair of closed fists on the figure.
Oddly enough, their knuckles aren't painted. ^^;

More images of S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii Kamen Rider Blade Jack Form coming up in the next posting. ^^
