HCM-Pro Exia Part 8 [Final]

The clip-on method is somewhat similar to that as seen on Action Display Base 1 (for Gunplas) where the connector clips onto the model's groin. However, unlike that, the special display base for HCM-Pro doesn't include the pelvis joint, so there's no obstruction to the pelvis' movement. The legs can move freely even when the figure is mounted on the stand.

Then again, given the size, HCM-Pro figures are way lighter than plamos, so just a simple clip-on to the groin is enough to support the entire figure on the display stand. That would be very difficult for a plamo kit I believe.
















With the display base, the balancing issue is no longer a big problem for HCM-Pro Exia, so plenty of poses possible. ^^

All the action poses of HCM-Pro Exia since Part 5 show him to be a very posable figure, and yes indeed he is. ^^ I find the poses with GN Sword to be extremely awesome, it's a very beautifully painted weapon, plus I'm quite obsessed with the design to start off with. ^^

I also like the beam saber and dagger very much. The beam sabers of the Gunpla equivalence tend to have a much darker shade of color; while the ones painted using Gundam Marker GM14 Fluorescent Pink (like the ones for BB Senshi Exia) are a bit too light in color in my opinion. HCM-Pro Exia's version is painted in a really nice fluorescent pink, shiny ones too. ^^ Just the right color I think.

Then again, reality check: in 1/200 scale, he is really quite "tiny". ^^;

And yes, he (HCM-Pro Exia) is really that lightweight, for PG Titans' Gundam Mk. II to hold him like that with just one hand. ^^;

The size can either be an instant turn-off for fans, or a huge attraction when combined with its details and articulation. ^^
