More action poses of S.I.C. Vol. 50 Kamen Rider Kiva after the posting yesterday.
Going through the steps and extra parts for the "Darkness Moon Break" Rider Kick:
"Darkness Moon Break" from the first episode of the TV series, with all the steps shown in details. Subsequent execution of this move in the show gets faster and simpler. ^^;
Video clip is from Youtube. Follow this link to the website if you can't see anything.
Very tiny retractable ring binds the end of the chain to the armor. The delicacy of this part is commendable, but it's mighty difficult to remove as well because of the small size. ^^;
After removing the chain, the armor on the calf is to be removed first, followed by another two on the left and right sides of the right leg.
Beautiful but somewhat creepy design of the "naked" right leg called "Hell's Gate".
Comparison between the two legs after the armors are removed.
The size difference is not too obvious to see really.
The "naked" right leg can support the figure with no problem at all.
All the removed die-cast armors.
Replacing the armors is the pair of wings mentioned in Part 2.
Details of the completed right leg.
Rider Kick!
He doesn't have to jump all the time to execute his final move.
Pretty realistic realization of the finishing move is possible with this action figure, but a display base is needed for that, and obviously, the surrounding doesn't automatically goes dark when he does it as well. XD I always see "Darkness Moon Break" as Kamen Rider Kiva's personalized Rider Kick. A lot of steps and gimmicks are involved before the final move is released. The kick itself is still very true to the old-school Rider Kick, which I like very much, so it's great to see that the figure can perform this pose well. ^^
The last posting on S.I.C. Kamen Rider Kiva coming up next. ^^
