HG 1/144 Tieren Space Commander Type Part 4

Mono-eye no more

Very fast, the last part of the my work on HG 1/144 Tieren Space Commander Type before the actual assembly, which isn't exactly hard, but is the part that requires the most attention and concentration.

Painting the mono-eye camera, which is done exactly the same way as the ground type, same reason why I'm not using the foil sticker too.

Just panel-lining for the other parts for the helmet.

Done for the head.
As compared to Tieren Ground Type, I think I did much better for the eye this time. The tiny arc on which the eye is supposed to situated is clearer to be seen.

The same thing is to be done for the "eyes" on the shoulder shields.

First layer of painting is Gundam Marker Gray for the ring around the sensor.

Black for the base is from normal marker, and then a little bit of correction fluid serves as the base for the actual paint for the sensors.

Pink for the sensors from normal marker, and all done. ^^

Slightly more painting needed as compared to the ground type, but not too bad really. All other parts not shown in the 4 postings so far receive just panel-lining. Will wait for a while before returning to this kit for the final assembly. ^^

There are mono-eyes for the shoulder shields too?! Man advanced versions of Tierens (this and the Taozi/All terrain type) have unusual number of them, which reminds me of some of the Titan units from Zeta era.
