Interestingly, the handle peg of Pururu's large syringe matches Keroro Robo Mk-II's forearm slot for the shield. Because of that, the large syringe has the potential to become a bonus weapon for Keroro Robo Mk-II. ^^

Size comparison with a High Grade Gunpla kit - HGUC Gundam RX-78-2 in this case.
As mentioned in the previous posting, this kit is indeed pretty close to a HG Gunpla in comparison. ^^ Then again, when it comes to special feature, Keroro Robo Mk-II has a lot more tricks up its sleeves than HGUC Gundam RX-78-2 featured above, including its main gimmick which has yet to be introduced at this point. ^^
