The news of a reboot of Paul Verhoeven's "RoboCop" coming in next year came out quite some time ago, but the actual suit design of the new RoboCop was only spotted a few days ago.
Since there's no confirmed teaser/trailer or even official images from the movie been released so far (even those may not reflect what the actual design would be), I suppose the safer thing to do now is just to wait for more information. This might not be the final design, and even if it is, there's no telling how much computer generated elements are going to be appended to the suit which would make it totally different from what we're looking at in these two images. ^^
Still, I can see a more contemporary design for RoboCop. ^^ The suit is a lot less clunkier than what was put onto Peter Weller. XD The visor and the exposed mouth area are homages to the original design no doubt. I wonder if the holster inside his right thigh would still be around. ^^
On the other hand, the cast for this movie is pretty amazing. ^^ It's like a mini gathering of actors who played in various superhero movies before this one: Gary Oldman (Commissioner Gordon from Christopher Nolan's "Batman" trilogy), Michael Keaton (the first Batman) and Samuel L. Jackson (does he need any more introduction? ^^). From just the cast alone, especially with Samuel L. Jackson on the list, I'm pretty excited about this movie already. ^^
