BB Senshi Sangokuden Rikuson Z Plus Part 3

Golden waves, curves and tigers

Shifting to some parts with more complicated patterns to paint on BB Senshi Sangokuden Rikuson Z Plus after the previous posting. ^^

Panel lined all the segments on the skirt armor's parts first to define their borders before the paint work.

Looking at the completed model shown on the box side, all the segments are in gold.

Painted using Gundam Marker Gold.

The rear skirt armor's edges and a bit of its interior are painted as well.

Re-panel lined all the segments to cover up excessive paint.

Painted the front skirt armor as well.

The border inside the part is carefully painted as well.
As with the rear skirt armor, the border isn't shown on the box side image at all, so how much of it should be painted is entirely up to your definition. ^^

With panel lines added when the paint has dried.

The chest armor with collars has one more color other than gold to paint on it. ^^

Painted the golden segments the exact same way as the skirt armor's parts.

The chest vents are painted with Gundam Marker White, using toothpick to avoid "sabotaging" the just painted golden borders. ^^;

Very simple panel lining applied to the two very simple body parts. ^^

The two tiger emblems on the front shoulder armors are painted the exact same way as the skirt and chest armors. ^^

Very simple panel line treatment for the rear shoulder armor pieces.

"Complicated" is somewhat exaggerated in describing the work on all the parts shown in this posting I think. There's nothing a few Gundam Markers and panel liner can't handle so far. ^^

Moving on to the last part of the work on this BB Senshi Sangokuden kit next.
